A warning on petrol pumps...

Just a heads up. I've heard a report today that a specific group of jokers in SW London are deliberately mixing up pump nozzles, so the diesel nozzle is in the unleaded slot, etc. It makes it extra-easy to pick up the wrong one, and has led to a spate of system drainings.
The group are, I am told, known (grey van), operate during the day, but a plate has not been picked out on CCTV yet.So:
- Check & double-check the nozzle
- If someone has swapped them, tell the tillwallah and ask them to check the CCTV
- And if this does save you from an expensive error, please tell me so that I feel smug that it was worth the effort of posting!
