I have changed my plans for the weekend!! Due to some other things happening whith my family and car (possible new exhaust) I will be travelling down on Friday, but I'll be going home to Surrey. So I'll covoy down with you guys as far as you're going. Saturday I'm actually doing a day of Pa Gua Tai Chi with my brothers. But I'll be going to Pistonfest on Sunday. So I'll catch up with you then. What time are you planning on leaving on Friday?

Got Friday off too, so early start is OK for me. Not bought any tickets yet - supposedly you can get them on the gate(?) so perhaps I won't bother. Also need to procure a tent and coolbox for beers.

Can't, don't have the holiday days left. I've got Monday and Tuesday off. Just incase my exhaust arrives late. It should get to me on the Saturday, but there is a chance that it will arrive on the Monday.

Folks, Friday convoy will be meeting 10.30 at the A64 / A1. You'll need to work out how long it'll take to get there.

1 El Cheapo Tent - check
1 El Cheapo karimat - check
2 El Cheapo folding chairs - check
3 El Cheapo instant BBQs - check
and one 12V beer cooler - check!

Do I need anything else (except lots of dosh for ticket, car pass, pies and beer tent vouchers)?

I'm expecting to sleep the unconcious drunken slumber of the terminally pissed, but probably a good idea nevertheless.

Only decided to go for definate today, so not ordered ticket yet and don't see any need to - they are same price on the gate, so why risk Ted sending them out via mail and not getting them in time? Is there plenty of room at the campsite?
