Yes we do. Next event will ne a trackday at Croft, 19th Sept. Then a pub meet at Shafto's near Spennymoor. Sometime during October we'll be heading off for a drive around the Lakes. Keep an eye on the forum and just turn up.

Hello and welcome.

Yes, we do indeed meet occasionally, usually at a pub called Shafto's. Search the forum for details of where, however our next meet is at Croft, where a few of us are attending a trackday.

He workes on the TVTE and use to live at Caterham. he has a TVR but then I think a lot of you guys do.

I am part of the ne7ers and Lotus 7 club who meet officially at the Church Mouse (Chester le St to Durham Rd) and un-officially at the Snowy Owl Crmalington. We also organise track days but mainly blats out. Next blat this Sunday, weather permitting, to Reghed. Try to ovoid the lakes due to the bloddy tourists

That would be me who you met. Good to see you logging on. Look forward to seeing that fantastic Caterham at some NE meets.

Hi Peter

I thought I would log in as well following the conversation the other day.

The trip out this Sunday will start from the Petrol Station at Scots Corner at 9.30. The blats that we have had out recently have been great fun so it would be good to see some new faces. There are normally about 6 or 7 cars.

Carlos

Forgive my ignorance, but where abouts is Reghed?

Reghed is the new underground center & petrol station on the far side of the A686 towards Keswick.

I see it now - Rheged Discovery Centre. Presumably a blat across the A66 then. Would be tempted as I am heading out to the North Pennines this sunday, but will be going from Newcastle so would probably just head across the A686 to Penrith, then do some sort of loop incorporating the A66, B6276, 6277 etc. May see you at Rheged at some point however - any ideas what time the convoy might be getting there?

Adam

Myself and Peter are both going down to Scotts Corner from Newcastle on Sunday Morning as well if you do decide to head across the A66.

An average of 106 mph by my reckoning - I see you're an optimist

We will probably be going cross country so Peter was being conservative suggesting we would be there for 10am. An average speed of 106 is quite slow for a run out so we will be there on time. Just in case we will hang around until 12!
