07:00 this morning, play car chess so that I can get my p&j out of the garage. Wash, dry, P21 paint cleaner, carnauba wax then RainX the glass.

Then in and run a bath for the dog. Fight with dog for 30 mins because she does not like baths.

I'm knackered and it's only 11:00.

Time to go for a drive me thinks

I'm not sad.

Got up at 9.00, house empty so stayed in my dressing gown and watched a bit tv/surfed net. Got showered and went out to wash car. Best way to dry car is to drive it fast so it blows the water off - just got back and house is still empty.

I might play computer games now.

I am.
50 odd miles in on my bike this am. Little lad with grandparents now. I'm online when I should be out and about.
I'll drag my tired legs off this sofa in a mo'.

Well I had fun on Saturday

Across to Keswick in a little over an hour finding out the interesting handling characteristics of my car With a Audi S4 fully loaded with blondes & a bloke behind charging down the A686. Round the roads around Keswick and back over the A686 in pitch black.

Apart from seeing some terrifying driving from other people (overtaking someone and nearly hitting me head on) and the number of cars who don't know what Full Beams are for coming over Alston People were driving on dipps, no wonder they couldn't get over 20mph .

Still, not going much over 40mph on the way home felt like we were flying Great fun!

Well, I was busy. In Newcastle, but had to go to a Wedding Reception in the evening on Saturday.

Cheers for the offer but I have business in London this weekend. So I'll be away from Thrusday night. I have quite a bit on at the moment, for the next 2-3 week, got some freelance work etc.

I wish I'd known you were going Stefan, I would have been up for a jaunt - the 686 is worth doing at every available opportunity.
