A few days ago my central locking button failed on my seat Altea xl 2.0 tdi my key Remote also doesn’t work.
My issue is I needed to access boot to unload equipment, I referred to users manual why referred to emergency boot release which can accessed from inside boot. I reached over and used this only to find my boot won’t lock even when I pop key in drivers door.
I am getting my central locking buttons fixed in a week or so as due mot so doing same time.
I’ve messaged my mechanic but he’s unsure what to do
