Stefan

Was your car parked on Dene Avenue in Rowlands Gill on Sunday. Very pretty yellow GTM Libra parked just up the road from me, looked lovely.

I remember reading about those kits a while ago and spotted the astra tailgate handles being used as door handles, and the clever use of a chopped down Vauxhall Clibra badge for the rear Libra script. Very resourcful those kit-car guys...

unfortunately not, there are only two Libra's in this area to the best of my knowledge, both arrived on the same weekend and were bought at the same time! As I understood it, his car was based down in Sunderland but people at work have seen him in the village next to mine and now Rowlands Gill I thought it was unique.

The one that you saw is the other one. He has the spyder front end and a 1.8vvc and came from the guy at www.ricola.co.uk

Unfortunately not, my Libra stayed at home all day (was washed / polished etc). The Libra you saw (and indeed everybody sees) is the other one.

Sigh.

Stefan, saw you and your GTM somewhere in the Lakes on Saturday (not far west of Keswick?).
Some cyclist in red waving frantically at you, that was me!
That car does look very nice indeed.

ooooooo, my first spotted

That'll have been on the Loweswater road then just off Buttermere... I nearly knocked so many cyclists off that day - they kept riding round corners straight at me

I'm up for a toddle somewhere if you want to head out. I'm usually a man to head towards Hartside, but fancy somewhere different...
