Thanks for my first Northants run and first blast in my new scoob.

I felt bad about not driving the car faster, but thought it safer to be cautious.
So next time I might just ask to be a passenger (you have been warned).

My car has now been washed (some of those roads were very mucky) and put to bed.

It was a good drive, some good roads there.

Good to meet you all, and hope to perhaps see a few of you about for a "flash"

A great drive guys and top marks for all the convoy work - no-one got lost or anything!

-Like Nic I felt the need to wash my car when I got home as it was dirty-er than a $5 dutch ho.

Cheers,
Gareth (Blue MR2)

I was only 1 1/2 hours late for the xmas doo (oops). Good job I didn't follow you to the end (as I thought about at the half way point), or I may have have missed it completley.

Did someone get flashed? I assume you mean by cars rather than those nasty yellow boxes on sticks!

Where did you end up for lunch?

bit of a navigation problem after the big dipper !
Was so excited I missed the next turn and launched a 'slight' detour. Also got trapped by a Sunday driver down on the bottom bit, so threw an extra loop in Horton/Braefield way !!

We need your other ending tho Gary, the Toby was a nightmare

Yes got that in hand

We will have to look at another in a couple of months (weather permitting)

Be warned though I am planning even more power and grip for the Lotus wannabe

Just to test peoples thoughts?
As we are in the winter and the quiet beer in the sun at the end is out
What about a meal or even a more social event??

Ideas please

Yeah, a Party! or ahem, a more social event!

I have time off from the 16th of this month until after New years.
My friend from Finland is flying over and we're staying in London for a little while and I'm keen to show her around , but if there were an event schedualed between X Mas and New years, perhaps at a pub, that would be worth coming back up here for.
Just an idea....
