Joos round 1 was Aylesbury this (if i can make it) is round 2

I have been karting once. Unfortunately it was with a load of corporate types trying to out do each other in an attempt to crawl up the bosses .

Luckily for me the aim of the day was to get the best track time. So while they were busy fighting each other over the other side of the track I had a lovely clear track to get good lines and speed. First time out, a couple from bottom. Second time out, 4th out of about 25

Got a sprained wrist and loads of bruises though as when I got caught in traffic I got bashed about. Bit of a bugger as I have to have loads of plastic cushion things behind me so I can touch the pedals so there is not much seat after that lot!

Would love to have another go so Jan would be cool. Dec is out, too much Christmas stuff.

Oh By 'ell. Was trying to resist all temptation, but now I see Ace-T is down for it, I might just have to have a go. Did karting once before and nearly died - of fright Hey! Ho! Only live once. For £40 smackers I might just do it.

haha, forgot about that Dave. I love that indoor circuit at Aylesbury, would love to go again sometime. You fancy your chances at Sutton then ? .. will be good to see you again if you can make it

I think being a Pieman works better at Sutton than at Aylesbury. The big sweeping right hander at sutton doesn't really suit you salad munchers much does it

Hopefully do another event at Aylesbury next year Joos i'll keep you informed

Pat, put me down for it (not literraly!), it would do me good to get out! I'm a fat slowy, so if any team looks like it has an unfair advantage, put me with em to even it up!

Sounds great. Don't know any of you guys, only joined PH recently. Done some karting a while ago at Daytona in Milton Keynes and also at Silverstone so I'll be up for a new track. Can probably bring one or two others too if needed.
