There's a meet at the Royal Oak in Hockley Heath. From memory it's the 2nd Tuesday every month in the summer (get there before 7 as it gets packed) and in the winter the 1st Saturday - not sure of times as I have only passed once in the company car but it was around 1 o'clock.
Lots of various models - in the summer around 80 cars and 40 bikes.

There's also a meet at the Moat House in Alcester - more the vintage and veteran scene but always invaded by many cars of much later 'vintage'. First Thursday evening - again extremely busy when the sun is out.

btw I think the Royal Oak meet is FIRST Tuesday.

Two local-ish PHers here - VX220 Turbo and modified Cooper S (2004). Up for meets and runs.

Reading this thread makes me miss Redditch, even miss the grumpy till girls in what was Asda on Lodge Park, next to the video shop, where, if you didn't have the right change, they went into a right strop!!! very funny! , I use to live in Greenlands (for 30 years, went to the Ley High, where I was expelled!!!), and know every nook and cranny of the place, all my friends and all my family still live there, so I do look forward to a Redditch meet at some point in the future

It's silver.

But there's another one just around the corner, so it could have been them.

Our reg ends NAT, the other one ends GPS.

(Unless of course you're a big bloke and it was me that annoyed you, in which case the reg's are the other way around!)

Padgett,

I reckon I know where you live, got a friend down the road who has an S-type and his wife has a Copper coloured MX-5 with a NAT plate, am I correct?

You may have seen my silver 911 parked outside his house.

certainly is a small world. I heard from Mark down the road that you were thinking of getting rid of the VX.

No doubt I'll see you around

No, not getting rid of VX.

We are looking for a cheap (£2k) motorway muncher to cut down the miles on the VX though.

Hi,

I am from North Bromsgrove. I moved up from the Forest of Dean a few years ago. I worked in Redditch for 2 years and now drive through it every day to get to work.
