Anyone here live in Redditch?

I'm looking at moving to the area. I've viewed a couple of houses in Webheath and a house in Headless cross. I was told these are nice areas and from what I've seen they are. Only thing that put me off buying the one house I saw in Webheath was it would have been pretty much opposite where the big development of the new houses estate will be starting.

Anyway I've now seen a house I like in Callow Hill, had a little drive around the area last night and it seems to be very very nice. Don't suppose anyone on here lives there or can give me some input on the area?

Have lived in the area for 30 years now.

If you can send me any more exact locations of where the houses are then I can give you more of a description of the area.

Every area in Redditch seems to have a good and bad section!
