Hi guys,

I own a 1994 Nissan Pulsar GTI-R. It's been sitting on my driveway for the past year and I'm looking to get it back on the road.

Sadly, it's not in the best shape and there's low compression in one of the cylinders as well as some rust issues - so it seems there may well be quite a lot of work required.

Can anyone recommend a japanese car specialist near me (Redditch)? Perhaps I'm being naive but I don't feel like this is the sort of car I would want to bring round to Joe Bloggs Garage to work on...

Any input/advice appreciated,

Jon

It depends if you are going to be doing the work yourself or not. If your in need of parts then EP Racing are very good, there website has a lot of tat on there but they can lay their hands on just about any part you'll need.

Rogue Motorsport in Southam are an MR2 specialist but they always have all sorts of Jap metal in there. Last time I was in they had an NSX-R, R34 GTR and and RX7 (awaiting a V8 engine swap).

They know their stuff.

Seconded. They were really good with my old MR2 SC.
