Any recommended Ford garages in the Midlands?

My first service is coming up for my MK7 Fiesta ST since buying it and I was just wondering if there were any Ford dealerships in particular you guys/gals would recommend? Do any cater specifically for STs or will any of them do? I live near Dudley (outside of Birmingham) and Google reviews don't look too promising for the dealerships near me!

As far as I know all Ford garages cater for the ST, it's just the Mustang that not all of them deal in although they may be able to get parts. Sorry not being Midlands based I've no idea how good any of them are, from a quick Google search most seem to be big dealer groups anyway. As a suggestion There's T Wall at Kingswinford if you would rather use a smaller garage. Hope this is of some help.

Focus goes to PJ Nicholls in Evesham for servicing. I have fallen out with Ford dealers in Nuneaton, Coventry, Hinckley and Birmingham for various reasons, but mainly because of their attitude.

No problem, there's quite a few good reviews about T Wall, having never used them I can't comment as to how good they are but they seem to be near to you

Wow are they that bad in that many dealerships? The Google reviews look quite negative for a main dealer so it looks like you're not the only one!

Maybe it's a Ford thing? I went to Evans Halshaw Ford in Walsall while I was looking for an ST and I've never met such pushy sales tactics before. The salesperson gave me, and I kid you not, 30 seconds alone in the car before coming in to try and work me. He then denied me a test drive as I hadn't confirmed I was going to buy the car yet! How can someone commit to buying a car without even driving it?!

EH can be pushy, another favoured tactic they have is adding things on without being asked, we bought a car without alloy wheels from a Kia branch once and they added alloy wheel cover on!

Had no issues with Lutterworth Ford, but plenty of sub-optimal experiences with other Ford main dealers in the (East) Midlands.

Shepshed Ford is highly recommended as well as Motors Coalville. Both franchised dealers but owned by RS enthusiasts.

I've used a family run ford garage @ Henley in Arden, seem friendly and competent.

I highly recommend Jackson's Ford in Henley-in-Arden. It's managed by touring car driver Mat Jackson.
