I've been trying to think of a route where my car would be the quickest, all I could come up with was Nottingham-leeds-nottingham on the m1
Alternatively this is the details of the route I suggested on page 1.
A610-A6 matlock bakewell then turn right on to A6020 immeadiate left onto B6465 which brings you out on to the A623 turn left then in half a mile turn right on to the B6049 through bradwell, turn right onto A6187 then left onto A6013 to lady bower resorvior.(photo opportunity and snack bar.)

Then part2 A6013 south to A6187 to castleton over winnats pass-A623 and A6 to buxton, then A54 south to A537 (cat and fiddle) to macclesfield and back along cat and fiddle to cat and fiddle pub.(break)

Part3 back to end of cat and fiddle turn right on to A53 first left harper hill then A515 ashbourne where I will have to leave you as I am duty babysitter at 7pm
Just a suggestion, if we are feeling delicate and fancy a shorter run we can make it up on the day.
Right I am going to have go and have a lie down this is my longest ever post and my typing finger is knackered.
(it does make sense if you have a map in front of you)

Yep your probably right after tonight, part one on it's own might be enough.
I hope the weathers good so you can get some more practise on your topless driving skills.

In fact thats a brilliant idea, part 1 on it's own and chill out at ladybower for a while..

Was going to go down to Ladybower earlier..
Unfortunately couldn't make it!

BUT on the positive side there are approximately 25 hours and 12 minutes until Tuesday officially begins and I will see you then!!

Have any pics? You're welcome to upload at http://ph.uncle-dave.co.uk as usual..

See you soon,
Dave.

Hi Dave!

Good job you never made it to Ladybower. After copious volumes of alcohol and no sleep, I consider the fact that I managed to drive as far as Ambergate for 3pm a major achievement.

See you soon!

One day Emma you will get a topless blast in the Saab, probably a good idea to do it the day before the pissup though
