Same as last week I will make it if I can finish work in time.Although do the ones doing the 2nd and 3rd july(summer fun run) reckon they can handle me three times in one week.
Any chance of directions for this pub for people who weren't there on tuesday please?
I will be coming the Stafford uttoxeter ashbourne wirksworth cromford route..

I wouldnt be overly concerned an hour either way, we will either be at the pub kicking tyres or on the main drag in MB, its only a few minutes drive between the two, you are bound to find us between 7-9pm somewhere.

For those going on Tuesday from the Nottingham(ish) area there's a more interesting route than the obvious.

Leave the A38 at the second Alfreton turn (signed Matlock)

Go: A615 to Oakerthorp, then South Wingfield, then Crich, then Lea down towards Cromford, turn right to the pub!

You don't know how accurate that comment is. I should have kept going for a while longer then I could have enjoyed fish and chips on the seafront.

Good road surface, nowadays, watch out for the too long 30mph limit in Tansley. Saw two Police vehicles on this road last week. That's going one way only!
