First time I've driven the VR6 at speed on twisty roads in the wet and I have to say the F1s are great.
that certainly was a good route, I spent the whole time sweating that the mini was going to stop due to the water but it was fine, even when the bonnet got submerged so top tippy top marks for the suggestion of the chip tray over the dizzy!!!
I must say Emma, I thought you were going slowly for me, I was grateful for the pace as I was aquaplaning all over the road! I thought you were having to hang back for me though

I got carried away and suddenly remembered that you said you might have to stop. I thought I'd lost you at one point until I saw you come steaming around a bend I did actually hold back a little on the twisty bits so as not to loose you. Probably a good thing really with all that patchy fog, but the roundabouts were fun weren't they? old64er said:
