Anyone got recommendations for someone round Belper, Derbyshire way to do a bit of welding on my car? 2000 Renaultsport Clio, needs a bit around rear suspension mount of MOT, but also keen on getting the entire offside sill welded at same time. Been told by MOT place it's half a days work for someone as it's not major. Problem is I'm struggling to find anyone who welds round here, everywhere I've rang said same thing, "Sorry mate, don't do that anymore".

Many thanks, since found someone in Horsley Woodhouse on recommendation so dropping in tomorrow. If that fails, I'll give them a call.

I did thank you, had the MOT bits done and decided to get all the other rot chopped out at the same time, done and MOT passed a few weeks back. Ended up using someone in Spondon in the end. Had it on the ramps after and it seemed a spot on job, rock solid and the MOT commented how tidy a job it was. Seemed cheap for the amount of work done as well.

Who did you use in Spondon out of interest? That would be much more local to me than the guy i use in Heanor
