Hi all,
Myself and a friend have recently set up iGNiTiON cars and coffee in the Peak District on Baslow Road just outside off Chesterfield. We are having sold out open day event on the 2nd of January but will be open every weekend from then on, with plans to open up more as we get busier through spring. We are doing top quality breakfast, light lunch bites and hot/cold drinks to start with, but again plan to expand the menu onto full evening meal offerings.
Please take a look at www.ignitioncarsandcoffee.co.uk or follow us on instagram or Facebook.

Also local to me. I can't work out from the website though - must I book in advance if I want to pop in?
I have been twice over the last 2 weeks. Never booked just rocked up. But was in a motorcycle, however it was not full. However I booked for next week due to it being a feature Saturday, so it might get busy.
If your local like I am, just turn up and see. It's a very nice venue.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. We have a booking system in place to help manage the site ready for when it gets busy. We’re trying to encourage it so visitors are used to it prior to the busy season. At the moment we usually have space to pop in apart from in event days, so obviosly your all welcome to do that - but come spring i think we may have an issue. Booking also helps us manage staff and stock. We only use local fresh ingredients so so weekends we can run out, other weekends we throw £hundreds of stock away as the turnout is so variable.
We have a lot of plans for expansion, the support from the cad community has taken us all by surprise so thank you all for that.
Good talking to you Saturday brother. A great venue. Charlie (ferrari & Ducati) We have a lot of plans for expansion, the support from the cad community has taken us all by surprise so thank you all for that.
Whispering voice) , the Carsington knockerdown site is now open, very quietly, no fan fair.
I have been twice this week. It's re opened as a pub.... Still owned by the C&M guys.
Slowly slowly, let's see what unfolds
Cars or motorcycles that arrive and just cars and motorcycles that arrive.

Hopefully they’ll win their appeal.
Just seen on Facebook that Ignition is closing due to a change in their tenancy agreement which means they have no control over the car park. Shame as I enjoyed going there and it was a nice drive.
Yea I know about ignition. That's a bh, it was not far from me and went there often. I was there the first day of opening, and was there on there last day which was motorcycle day. Bloody shame Just seen on Facebook that Ignition is closing due to a change in their tenancy agreement which means they have no control over the car park. Yes as a local living there for 32 years. I hope Phil closes it and let's it run into rack and ruin. Derbyshire seems to be cursed.
The good news is that the new caffeine and machine opened today. And from what I have seen in an interview the locals are really exited about it including the council.
I am there next Friday and am looking forward to it.

Hey guys, visited the piston club yesterday and then caffeine and machine after which was 15 minutes away. I have to say I give the piston club 10/10 for lay out and enthusiastic staff. I definitely will be supporting that venue.
But oh dear, visited the new caffeine and machine (the bowl today. A completely different kind of caffeine and machine, I have to give it a 1/10. Won't go into to much detail, but it lacks the charm and professional staff of the original. There was a list of things I could give but I won't on here. Travelling for 2 hours to only stay for 10 minutes and to leave without even having the ability to have food there was the icing on the cake for us. Nothing to do with it being new either. I would give this place 1/10.
I had the feeling lightning would not strike twice, and it has not imo.
Just how I feel guys, and I am a big fan of the brand.

The google reviews are also horrendous of the new site.
So I was not the only one ey Such a shame. I refuse to go into details of my own experiences on a Forum. To much potential for bull siht arguments imo. However anyone who has read this thread will know I am a fan and regular of C&M and the brand as well as an advocate for other establishments that cater for both cars and motorbikes. The last point about motorcycles. The ground at the bowl is absolutely not motorcycle friendly. As was stated in one of the Google reviews.
