the arranged time for us to set off was 8.30am, so if you say a leisurly pace down there we should aim for around 10.30am? something along those lines

Time from Notts to VW is about 2h15 averaging 85 leptons down the fast bit, so from the services 2h sounds about right on a Sunday morning.

yep!

everyone is meeting at the Junction 22 services of the M1, with a lot of people meeting for brekfast, and we plan to leave at 8.30. I should be arriving there around 8.15am all being well.
