You could always turn around at the woodhouse and do it again the other way, effectively turning left with a slight detour.

As the R32 is still in France and still likely to be until 11th August if I make it I'll be in the oil burner.

Day 1 - Power Steering started to fail
Day 3 - Aircon Failed (but came back)
Day 5 - No Aircon 43C in Italy
Day 6 - Overheated
Day 7 - Check fluids and rested it
Day 8 - All OK (except Aircon and PAS)
Day 9 - Final Hoon in the Juras and aircon unit siezed taking the belt with it - lift home

But hey it was a stupendously fantastic trip - not the cheapest BUT would do it all again next week
