I will see if I can make it - got plans for Tuesday that I will see if I can change.

Asa for the ice karting, I did get all the info and asked for victims..ahem ....volunteers, but as only one or two people came forward it died a death im afraid.

Bombing out again folks. Typically being the time of year I am on an operation (tonic) which means it is a foregone conclusion I won't be attending.

Pete emailed me, and as I said to him, I must keep repeating that I enjoy my job, just in case I forget.

Sorry folks, stitched up again, I promise to make it out, it's nothing personal, honest.

Have one for me.

Where to's best for parking there then? (Best said in broad Dorset aaaaaccent)

Driving not allowed...........

DAZ

Agree with Daz!

However, if its 100% absolutely necessary, best bet at the moment would be Clifton Down shopping centre, especially as the exit barrier's been broken for the last couple of weeks so there's no need to pay...

Believe me boys, I'd like nothing better than getting hammered in HAs, for old time's sake if nothing else. However... family commitments... priorities, etc.

Taking Daz' suggestion on board, I've just rung Henry Africa's and Planet Pizza.

HA reckon the bar won't be too busy on the evening of the 14th, but obviously can't guarrantee it. PP, however, reckon booking would be a must, so if we want to go there we'd need a fairly confident show of hands asap.

Two seats for us please (Assuming girls are allowed (She won't talk about shopping, make-up or babies.))

Oh, P.s. Anyone care to enlighten me where the buggering f**k this place actually is?

Whiteladies Road in Clifton. Henry Africas/The Hot House (The bar we are starting at) is opposite a Texaco Petrol Station which itself is between "Oakfield Road" and "Alma Road" on the Map.

Ok, so far (including partners & siblings) I have 9 "yes" and 1 "maybe" votes, so unless there's any more interest before, say, 5pm today I'll book a table for 10 at PP.

Any preferences on time? I was thinking around 9ish.

Adrian, are you needing to act as family taxi around then?

Can I make mine one and a half? My girlfriend may or may not come with me, depending on my powers of persuasion. Thus potentially allowing me a drink or seven...

OK - I now make that 10 "yes" and 2 "maybe"

I'll get on the blower (might as well shout out of the window ) and book for 12 at 9pm.

{edit:} Done. Just need to confirm numbers on the day, so let me know via email or this thread if anything changes.

Do you mind if I bring the TR6? (makes lifts impossible) (S4 in garage)

Not at all - was planning on taxi-ing it anyway, in the hope that nobody was driving!

{edit} ...but if you have to drive and are passing in a 4-seater...
