Just spent 3 days down in Devon and didn't spot a single TVR on our travels. Other than a few lovely specimens and one very sick looking Tamora with a poorly front end at Penninsula that is.

So South-West TVR drivers - where do you all hide ? We were in Honiton and had a lovely run down to Sidmouth and around that area. Superb crisp weather and the coast looked fantastic.

Sidmouth is commonly known as God's waiting room where all the oxygen thieves live. Hardly likely to see a Tiv there

We are all hardened drinkers down here and are unable for safety reasons to mix the two activities of Tivving and drinking alcohol (in case we spill any on the leather).

Besides, the roads are covered in salt which is just what my Cerb chassis is crying out for

Did spot a blue Cerb in Honiton a couple of days ago. Must have been you as I've not seen it around this way before.

Yes, I have noticed that. My grandparents used to love it at Sidmouth. Nice peaceful walk along the prom and all that. You can tell that they're all a bit gaga as no-one even gave us a second look ! (not that we were posing or anything you understand)

I knew they'd be a logical reason for the lack of Tivs on the roads ! Didn't get to sample any of the local brew this time but I do enjoy a little Otter Ale at the Hare & Hounds normally. (ok, don't tell me, that's what all the foreigners drink right?!

They might....but so do the locals. Otter is good. Where's the Hare and Hounds?

And anyway, if you don't tell us you are coming to our area how do we know?

Cannot remember exactly where the 'spotted' occurred, but do remember thinking 'nice Cerb' as the Mrs excitedly exclaimed "look, a TVR!".

I'm currently without a Tiv having sold my lovely V8S. I'm very keen to return though, as soon as I et things sorted.

We're about 2 miles away from the Hare & Hounds, so I'll keep an eye out if you're in the area again.

Absolutely, their carvery is fantastic. I'm very envious of you living near there. It's one of my favourite pubs and the kids are always happy playing on the fire engine there too which is a bonus.
