Bristol - where to practice driving for a novice

The Mall on a weekday evening ? The further away car parks are usually fairly quiet when I've been dragged up there by the wife.

Perhaps the business estate out by Severn Beach - it's relatively quiet, has enough roundabouts to get to grips with those again, and has enough open stretches to get a feel for NSL driving again. It's all public highway but it's not a rat run like much of the roads around these bits.

Aztec West is usually good for this. A couple of roundabouts, plus various junctions to the left and right to practice too.

I'm not at all familiar with Aztec West, and it looks like a big area; is there a specific postcode/address I could use to have a look on google maps?

Maybe Book a couple of driving lessons as well , just as refreshers
