Looking for some one to help me fit a full exhaust system for my car. I don't feel too confident doing it myself a d haven't got the right tools I'm in norwich norfolk. If any one could help or guide me it would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

If you are removing the standard system, you need to cut the pipe which goes over the rear subframe. Other than that, its not difficult, just awkward on the floor with axle stands. I have done it. Best to find an exhaust place with 20 quid in cash in your pocket and get them to do it if you feel unsure.

If it a cat back it’s pretty simple, any garage will manage it. If you’re changing the down pipe it’s a bit of a mare and the bolts will probably snap.

I rang a few places and they said an hourly rate I have a cat back fitted at the moment but I'm really not happy with it. Which bolts tend to snap.

IIRC, there's a section with the flexi that has 3 bolts onto the manifold. Turbo is down the back of the engine so it's access from below the car, making it a bit miserable to do without a lift.

Hi, have you bought an exhaust system yet?

If not, and your strapped for cash, I have just bought an ST 225 and had the 'mid resonator delete' mod done.
It cost £30 for the correctly manufactured stainless steel pipe on e-bay and £28 for my the local garage to cut the pipe and fit the mid section. Sounds great, less than £60, and you don't need even need to get your hands dirty.

Really enjoying the car, exhaust looks standard but now sounds like these:

If you want to fit it yourself you can watch this one:
(but make sure you have a decent pipe cutter or you will make the same mess)

Yes got the exhaust ready to be fitted. I had the middle delete done and then decided a cat back but now I want to go turbo back. Gearing up for stage 2.

Nice one, they crackle and pop like mad if you go turbo back, hope you get it fitted OK.
