Exeter Area Job Suggestions

Hello PH locals. My Spanish girlfriend has recently finished her PhD in Physics (nanotechnology & quantum Physics). She's been looking for a data entry, administrative or any office based type job (strong admin, IT, language skills etc). Alas, the local recruitment agencies haven't been marvelous thus far with lost cvs, non sending of emails etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations of local agencies or suitable employers to approach? The Met office doesn't have anything suitable which was my initial thought. Preferably in the Exeter area as apparently we all drive on the wrong side of the road and cars scare her.

Any ideas or suggestions would be most welcome.
