I think with this event we need to consider two things:

1. The fact that every man and his dog is going to be booking up for dinners/xmas bashes so we need to decide, and quick!

2. We need to agree a date that does not clash with any existing Xmas bashes and so therefore it may be easier for people to post the dates they CANNOT attend.

With this we can quickly get this sorted - I'd suspect we'll have to put a deposite down somewhere too...

Is this a night where we could maybe do something else fun like karting/bowling/some otheer hilarious type thing and then onto food/multiple beers...?

if i am able then i would like to attend this one. as far as i am aware i dont have any dates that stick out as being impossible altho i am expecting to have a few exams at some point so if it is the night before one of them then i wont be able.
