Just as a heads up, although I'm sure everyone knows, but they are starting the improvements on the A338 at Blackwater Monday 4th.

It's like Deja vu all over again. Delays on the A338 made Radio 2 traffic news this morning. I'm dreading coming back from Southampton later...

I’ve just checked google maps and it’s solid southbound from Ashley Heath, all the way down, but strangely clear down past Ringwood.

Poulner Hill surprisingly clear, traffic poking out of the end of the A338, so went via Wimborne Bypass and Gravel Hill. ugh...

So, this is looking close now. Oddly there still seems to be a bit only two lanes wide just south of the water plant, and north of the footbridge. I guess this is where the slip for Wessex Fields will be going. Are we not going to get this third lane next month then ?
