I'll see your 5th of June..........

.......and say no because I'm busy (my 30th birthday party on the 4th)

What about the 29th of May (Sunday of the bank holiday weekend). We'll do one leg of the Hants 'Ring then over to the Seven Stars and then off to Goodwood?

If that's OK, I suggest we start a new topic in Events.

Last time I tried to organise a South Coast run we clashed with the TVRCC too - I'm cursed! We did get a great variety of cars so if I don't get any major complaints, I'll post it up tomorrow morning with a map.

Nice car BTW

I'd prefer not the 29th as I'm not flying back from Turkey from seeing the mighty Liverpool defeat the forces of darkness that are AC Milan until the 30th...

Whiteley/Wickham/Meon Valley is a great driving area and lots of decent pubs.

There's even an old Roman road with a mile long straight on it between Wickham and the top of Portsdown Hill that's great fun.

cant believe you have just suggested that after I have sold the TVR after 4 years of them and bought an Elise

O/T - Shnozz, was that you this morning in West End ? The sun was right in my face and I only caught a glimpse as an Azure Elise passed by. Looking good..but roof up on a morning like that. Tut tut.

no mate, what with space in the Liz being at a premium at the best of times the roof hasnt even featured in the boot much since I got the car - it stays in the garage and I take the shower cap in case it rains when parked. In fact, I'm not taking the roof to Le Mans either

Another no for both the 5th and 29th here!

How about an evening meet during the week - not always ideal I know but it shouldnt clash with anything that is TVR 'Official' and wont get trumped by birthdays and stuff!

Of course, work may interfere!

There isnt actually that many people on this thread that have a TVR so perhaps we could rule out those clashes anyway? Just an idea. Sorry if Im wrong!

An evening thing is a good idea. Would still be good to not try and make it a huge gathering. Those sort of drives can be a bit dull.

Ya, and I'd be up for a blast around sometime over that weekend if you fancy it although preferably I'd like to go out for a run and then have some lunch somewhere
