Window replacements - Southampton

We’re needing all the windows done in our place- any recommendations for a decent, local company in Southampton?
I’ve used the nationals before and, frankly, I haven’t got the patience for the “I’ll have to phone the boss to get the best price” type of crap they trot out. I just want the person who does the work to be honest about it, crack on with it and get paid for it, not a greased up salesperson who’ll get a 2% cut for bulls
tting their way to an inferior finish.
It’s 6 big-ish windows, 2 large bays, 2 bi-folds, few smaller windows and 3 sets of french doors. Don’t need owt fancy, just a decent job done!
