Thanks for that Steve,and I thought I was almost normal.The only reason I suggested the Wood was because it should be easy to find,is fairly central to most who have posted of late and I think I am right in saying that it will be open but even if it isn't,we can still meet at the gate can't we?(there is room out front for at least 20 motors).

I agree about meeting outside and Goodwood is close for me.
If this goes ahead then a quick call to Goodwood will confirm if it will be open. Again if the numbers look good they may open anyway.

Or this coming Sunday for the Breakfast club - British Sports Cars if I remember correctly - I will be there in the TVR with a mate in an old Jag XJsomething Coupe.

Personally,I will be there this Sunday anyhow but the reason I suggested the 16th is so that it is just us and we will have more of a chance to talk and introduce ourselves to one another.I have spoken to my pal and he said it should not pose a problem but we will ask somone this Sunday.

Just because you think we have no interest in your car does not preclude you from comming and looking at ours or just having a chat.
There will be very few of us who have not had to work our way up through a range of lesser motors.

Hi Coupe Girl, I see you have two Loti. How about the sussex meets we have with Seloc. In July there is both a Sunday (early, so no cars on the roads) morning breakfast run and a Tuesday evening run. I can't remeber the dates off hand, but just look at 'Events' on seloc and sign up for them.
