anyone else going to VW this Sunday, I know the Bolocs group are meeting M27 9am for A road blat, but I think the Maser may be out of its league for that one... so is anyone else going?

Last year on Christmas day our family all got together for the day at lunchtime, for 'the meal'!....one was at Hotel work in the morning and one at church... I was in Bournemouth admiring amongst others what a beautiful day it was and how deathly quiet it was everywhere (apart from next to everyone's xmas trees i suspect!) and thinking was i the only one who fancied just driving anywhere while the roads were completely empty, in daylight....?
Crossed anyone else's mind?... just a thought i had to 'get out there'! - a blast for a few hours before you get back to your various feeding parlours etc.

The last few Christmas Days I have had some fantastic journeys on my own in a couple of nice cars:

2004 - Bournemouth to Epsom to Taunton in an RS6 (the A303 was awesome fun) driving
2005 - Bournemouth to Epsom to Bournemouth in a 996 C4S (using the A31) driving

This year though I will be flying down a ski slope in Courchevel cool
