Should be interesting to see what they let in and on which days. I remember there was quite a lot of confusion and frustrated people last year as it is left to the discretion of whoever is on the gate.
Generally I thought their discretion was pretty good, it's just as the year went on and the meets became busier & busier I thought they (the meets) were less interesting... as they seemed to let in some odd cars compared to the theme...I preferred it earlier in the year when true petrolheads were there, not a bloody family outing...
Especially as many of them were chavs & any red car was instantly spotted as a Ferrari...
Oh im sorry buddy got to pick up on your little comment there... so i shouldnt take my children/family with me to these meets then? what on a sunday morning in the fresh open air? Mmmm let me think now... should i leave them at home in front of the telly then or let them experience something that their father enjoys and enthuses about??? Have you got children yourself my friend? Love the piccy youve taken from your Dads car on your file btw... did he ever happen take you to Goodwood when you were a child? My Dad took me to Goodwood almost every weekend from the age of 6-16 loved it everytime!

Just re-read my message and I apologise for some(but not all) of what I said. What I meant (mostly failed) to get across was the amount of people who were there merely because it was something to do, I'm not talking about a petrolhead with the family...
I'm talking about the amount of people who were there for the supercar & Italian themed days. It in many ways turned into all of the things that have taken enjoyment out of the FOS... People just going for the sake of it (and certainly more in the case of the breakfast meets as they are free) And don't think I'm alone in my view, there were many opinions similar to mine in the GW forum.
I don't have children no, and yes my dad did take me to the FOS when I was younger. I tend to either go home and go down with my dad in the 7 on the breakfast meet days, or meet him there as a fellow petrolhead.
I hope you can perhaps see where I was coming from with my comment now...?
Apologies for any offence I may have caused.

I grovelled.... Oh and I meant to say thanks for the comment on the photo!
Think that might have been on the way down to GW.
Can't wait until I'm lent the keys!
Hopefully see you there next time!
