What if you're in a normal car?
Is there anywhere down on the quay to park? smile

Yeah I realised I'm not sporty enough to get down to the quay, I didn't know if there was any parking nearby. Thanks smile

I stumbled upon this on Friday - can't believe I didn't know about it before. Some absolutely stunning cars down there - particularly the S1 T49 cloud9 - that one certainly brought back some memories.

Am def going to see if I can get the car tidied up in time for the next one..

Sadly couldn't make it this month. Combination of my wife's birthday and visiting my Mum in London, who has been hospitalised.
Hope/expect to go in June (Friday 6th?).
Luke, if I'm not already carrying a passenger you're more than than welcome to hitch a lift in the Tam; assuming it's not having it's rebuild then. I need to get it ready before going to Zolder on the 21St of June.
Peter, you'll be spolied for choice! Snake or Tigger!

You're vey welcome - seeing your car made my day too! It was a bit of a thunderbolt moment when I saw it - I used to have one and suddenly realised when I saw yours that I want another T49! Took me ages to drag myself away paperbag

VX220!!! Guess what's NOW on Jules' shopping list (well my list really as I'll be paying...) for her birthday next year..

She's moved from an XKR, to a Griffith and now on to a VX220T. Subject to a happy test-drive experience I think this one might do it.

Looks like I'll be posting a supercharged MX5 up for sale...

Thanks for the thoughts Peter. It's all a bit stressful but let's be honest; it's what having elderly parents always involves so not unexpected. Just part of life's rich, bitter-sweet tapestry. Ho hum.

Think I'll take the Tam up to the smoke today; a blast with the lid off.

Ands I do hope to be there in June.
