Much better today. I was really well looked after by all the staff at The BUPA Manchester Hospital. Great bunch of people who all had a sense of humour, some of them may have been a little warped.

Warped sense of humour?

Doctor to patient:

"Well there's good news and bad news, the good news is, your kidney stones have gone. The bad news is, the cancers eaten them".

Things could be worse...
