I'll be heading up there in the Chim travelling from Derbyshire. In the past I've met up with the Yorkshire lot at Wooley edge on the M1 and go up in convoy from there.

I'll be going over from Glossop. Last time, I met up with the Yorkshire lot a Wooley Edge. Bit of a long way round though as I recall.

Hope to be there from Blackburn barring other family social commitments (Classic car show on saturday - 2 car/TVR orientated days in 1 weekend is pushing it...)

I'm open to other suggestions for an alternative route.
No obvious one comes to mind though. Could head north towards M65 then over to Bolton Abbey? Heading north on East or West makes no difference from Hathersage.

come through todmorden (then I can just join on)....

Actually...its a nice route...Tod...Hebden Bridge...Howarth....Keithley....Skipton....Bolton Abbey....

All windy moor roads and a nice bit of Dual Carriageway between Keithley and Skipton.

Sounds good to me, can you suggest somewhere to meet and time. Could pass through Glossop on route and meet up with ntel.

Good idea. Meet at my gaff for a brew and a bacon buttie, head over to delph, Tod, etc to meet up with cazzer, then over to Bolton Abbey. Wot dust reckon then cockle.

(i'll be taking my matra-moan-ial rev limiter with me so i'll be taking it a bit steadier than usual)

Please don't tell her I said that.

What time and where abouts in Glossop, if you drop me an e-mail through the profile with details if you don't wish to post on the open forum. I'll also have the rev limiter along for the ride so going a little slower than normal won't be a problem!

Ahem...I'll have you know I now have a perfectly legal front number plate....well...its legal if I was a motorbike but its better than before.

Best place to meet in tod would probably be the co-op car park. (or my house )

Go from littleboro to tod....get to the mini roundabout and turn right towards hebden bridge.
Co-Op is about 100yrds down on yer right.
