Thelwall and flooding

What's the flood risk like in thelwall? Looks like parts of it are high risk on environment agency website, and parts show no risk at all! It's not a big place. Also what's it like in general?

Quite an old thread i'm resurrecting but they've done loads of flood prevention work in Warrington.

Not sure how it would affect Thelwall but guessing it'd contribute in some way!

Don't know too much about the area but my office isn't a million miles away. It's certainly not one of the rough areas of the town. Fairly middle of the road suburbia i'd guess.
