Happy birthday for today Tom, and what have you bought now? shame I didnt see much of you on Sunday at Virginia Water.

Hope my NW chums are all OK, we need another Romper run soon.

Hi wozzer!

I don't want to say too much at this stage about my next car because I haven't actually handed any cash over for it and I don't own it yet but I will very shortly, and i'm so excited I don't want to start posting like I own it and then have it all fall through.

it is however a TVR and it although it's not as fast as my old car it's as loud and it's a lot more practical ie working roof and won't leak

also it's in absolute mint condition having just been subject to a ground-up everything off restoration - so it's down to me to knacker it in short order then! no change there...

I've arranged to buy it from a friend, and it's a cast iron deal all I have to do is give him the cash which I will do in a week or so (ie when I get some free time)

so what about another romper then? come on lo! get on to it girlie!

Erm they have never been organised, they just kind of happen cos Pwig gets bored and says lets have a romper meet. In truth the summer ones are better attended than the winter ones.

Hi noticed we had a few members from Prescot and Billinge.

I live on Prescot Road in St Helens, in between you both, so if you go to any meets I'd be interested.

Good to see a Westie owner as well, building one of these is on my list, I am currently trying to get a 205 gti ready for trackdays which is taking a while due to me being a beginner spanner man.

I'll keep my eye out for you, I do the school run to Eccleston Lane Ends in my daily car, a late shape Bark Blue 200sx turbo, standardish to the untrained eye, but to petrol heads, a large FMIC behind the bumper, R33 GTR wheels, front rotors etc sort of gives the game away a bit !
