Sorry for not replying sooner John. Wherebouts are you then. Saw the Alans bikes link -I used to buy my BMX bikes off Alans in Hindley as a kid in the eighties and raced at three sisters track - old school bmxer i was.
Do you own / work in the shop now?

Morning all. I've been registered on PH for about a year, but have only just started posting, so thought I'd say hi. Missed out on spotting the meet at the Traff on Sunday, but [shame] my missus was there! Although she was only shopping at the time...

Anyway, hopefully I'll not miss the next gathering when I'll bring along my little Alfa. I'm in Widnes by the way.

I'm Newtown way, soon to be Swinley or London. I just work for Alan, mainly on the websites. We still sell some old school BMX stuff, the last complete old school bike we sold was a Freestyle Quadangle, over £1k. And look out for a new BMX track coming up at the Three Sisters
