I don't know I saw an unmarked X5 DK58 CXN just by the Frodsham turn off pulling some poor bugger last night!Stephen

I got pulled last Thursday night/Friday morning by the nice chaps in the black one!!! I was on my way back from Cardiff at 4.15am in a brand new 5.0ltr XJ, and was due to be in Middlesbrough at 9.00am, leaving me 4.75 hours to drop the XJ off in Manchester, drive back to Cheadle Hulme, have a sleep & get to Middlesbrough! ....... my speed was excessive even by my standards, and my driving questionable after I had overtaken them in a 40mph limit, using all the road (both sides) through the next few bends, before he reappeared behind me with the "blues" flashing away. All I can say is a big thanks to them for being sympathetic, and not throwing the book at me. Maybe you are members on here??

At a guess i'd risk he/she probably obliviously drove passed the unmarked car with a phone glued to his/her ear at that time in the am with all the slow traffic.
It's generally always pretty rammed along there at that time esp Mon am
