Unmarked BiB Spotted ?

Saw an unmarked dark Vectra on the M53 a few days ago (didn't manage to get the reg) and an unmarked dark blue X-type near Liverpool City Centre today (reg: AM03 JYJ).
Saw an unmarked Omega near the city centre too, but all I know is that it was an S-reg (seems a bit old for a police car but it definitely had lights and a matrix board on the parcel shelf).

If you're out that way regularly, beware PN05 BLV - Silver Ford Focus Estate. Saw an unmarked Omega near the city centre too, but all I know is that it was an S-reg (seems a bit old for a police car but it definitely had lights and a matrix board on the parcel shelf).
Normally piloted by a women with severe PMT - it's quite prolific.

PO54 NVP - dark blue unmarked Vectra spotted on the M53 this morning, near J4

Spotted 2pm today on Deansgate, Manchester, heading out of the city towards the M602.
Tatty looking 52 plate dark green Zafira. 5 on board; thought nothing of it, until it pulled up next to me at some lights. Glanced in, and noticed a dash full of colourful buttons. Then noticed a radio set, then noticed the uber-discreet led's on the bumpers.
As good luck would have it, some knob in a silver 3 series BMW thought he'd jump the traffic and try and force a space in front of said Zafira. Ended up, he got himself stuck in the box junction. Horns beeping everywhere at him. He then REVERSED into a better position and continued his struggle. Before I could exclaim at how dangerous he was being, the siren started before the Zafira lit up all blue and flashy and took off through the red's only to pull one VERY VERY gutted BMW driver.
You had to smile.
MK52 ZPV - 2.0 DTI. Can't see that it's in use for any sort of traffic use as they are only (i think) about 110-115bhp, and a fully ladened one wouldn't be much use in persuit.

I was riding my mountain bike through Stretton in the summer and a Zafira (like you describe) came up behind me and just sat there, I turned around to give a “WTF? Just pass me!” type look, and there were 5 coppers in it. It looked as though the guy in the front passenger seat was giving instructions to the driver so maybe it was a training thing? Could be totally wrong, but that was my impression.Combover said:

Helpful thread this.
Not quite the North West, but plenty of us will travel to Birmingham.
Last week spotted twice in the same day on my way up and down the M6, a maroon Volvo saloon, between Stoke and Stafford, each time pulling someone.
There was 12 hrs between coming back, so they must be running this all day in the same area.
