Great to meet a bunch of you this morning, was a great morning out. Apart from the start which was apocalyptic rain most of the way to Preston.

Coming back was eventful. Cruising along the dual carriageway from the M6 into the Lakes I was pulled over by a unmarked (dark Mondeo) police car. I saw the car initially but pulled away from it before slowing down again when traffic started to appear, then it took me a few minutes to see it was dead dodgy car and I started thinking "hold on, dark car, Mondeo, two guys", then the LED light-bars lit up.

Quick bking and reminder to slowdown. Then 5 minutes later after my details are checked I am on my way. Got to love the Cumbrian police, common-sense prevails.
