I must have got home first then, whilst you were still hooning or at the pub. I split off just as you all went towards Buxton. So where did you go? Good drive?
Nice to see you all, I had a ridiculous run home down the A515 to Ashbourne, passed a very bad accident near the Scimitar graveyard, big skid marks, a rolled car, folks calling the emergency services, sobering? nah! I then had a certifiable run from Ashbourne back to Belper on the A517, the trouble with knowing a particular stretch of road so well is that it leads to over confidence, nearly ran into the back of a Shogun driving without lights!

NOW NEED PADS!

Nice to meet you all.
Sorry for being late but if you'd have read PWIGs directions they DO NOT correspond with the roads!!

Right I'll type up the directions....

Junction 3 on the M60 (took me enough to get there as its 2 motorways away! Anyway he never told me it splits N/S, never told me which one to take. Went W 1st I think and ended up with J17, 18 etc. Turned around and went E. Saw J1 so assumed 2 and 3 would follow but no...J17!!!!)

Follow signs towards cheadle (no signs for that anywhere!)

Managed it after that.

Oh and thanks for getting me back on the motorway...wouldn't have got there that way at all!!!

Good to meet you guys and put faces to login names.

Road from Buxton to Whaley bridge is a good drive. Not too bumpy either!

Enjoyed the blast. The cold air on the way home ensured a full 20 minutes off my journey time!

Oh yes!

I bet it was warmer though. After 25 minutes I was starting to shake a bit. Stuck with it though and left the roof off for the rest of the journey.

Got some proper overtaking in on the way, God its got some power when the air is the right temp.

I soppose you could put it that way, I prefer the mobile SP60 prevention device, you can only go so quick before priviledges are removed!

I think mine are quite yellow, I suspect they are those ones that in theory give better vision in spray etc, but I could well be wrong.
