Excellent morning out smile

Big thanks for putting on another great event Johnny / Mark. The cars just seem to get better every year.

The one way system and the marshalling seemed to work a treat as well thumbup Couldn't believe it, rocked up there at 08:30 and couldn't get parked till I was right over by the tyre dealer place eek

Oh and the Hog Roast............. Absolutely fantastic on a cold Yorkshire Morning.

Had a great time today. I was in the black Alfa GTV.

The best engine sounds from the cars I saw pull away was a trio of Porsche 964s (or were they 993?). They sound unreal when wound up!

Another brilliant morning, great turn out, loads of fantastic cars and best of all a good atmosphere. There really doesn't seen to be any of the Chav element which can ruin events like this. I thought the 1 way system worked particularly well this time too.

Well done to those involved in the organisation.

Yeah the matt black lambo was great and even better when the lady got in the passenger seat and her spaniel jumped on her lap LOL top class dog carrier.

Possibly me being mental but I'm not a fan of it. Whislt the lp 670 is probably my second favourite car at the moment, I really don't like it in matte black.

To me a Lambo should be bright silly colours and being matte black it takes something away from it

Awesome day today. Thanks to all that arranged. The one way system worked very well, marshalling was good and the police presence struck the right balance I would say too.

Thanks for all the effort - the little details like porta-loo's really make a big difference, food was great and the cars were too. The star of the show had to be the F1 car being rev'd up cloud9

Got there early, really impressed with the machinery on show, not least Specialist Cars' vehicles, very very nice. Had to do a double take when I saw the second white Carrera GT inside, explained to a friend of mine that 911 Speedsters are really rare, and then there was a second one. TWO near identical S1 E type roadsters, 2 911 2.7's, 2 MP4-12C's (though granted one wasn't theirs).

Did the Passat with the major lows have air suspension? Seemed to be literally sitting on the wheel rims.

Noble's were very special, nice to see some yank metal, though from a distance I thought the Challenger was a GS300 when I saw it in a layby on the way there. Felt a bit of a fool when I got closer!

Hope the black unmarked E60 didn't get anyone on the way there or back.

Brilliant way to spend a chilly morning, huge thank you to all who organised it.

fantastic morning again, one way system was great, was my second visit the first being easter 2012.
unfortunately someone decided to key the door of a rare renaultsport attending todays event which left the owner understandably devistated as the paint is hard to match, personally this would deter me from attending in the future and i cant believe it went un-noticed with such a busy constant crowd of people. there is no clear motive and the dhead deserves to get ran over.

favorite car was the Viper green gt3 RS looked outstanding.

Did anyone else on their way home spot the poor family on the side of the A64 past Tad, stood watching their Merc E-class diesel itself to death, running flat out on its own oil through its busted turbo presumably, made quite a cloud.

Yep. Created a nice amount of smoke, slowed cars right down.

Was a bit gutted that it was started up early, we were hanging around the exit watching cars leave waiting for the F1 show at 12 only to miss it because it was about 20 minutes early frown

Bar stewards!!! Whose was it? I saw you heading out but didn't see the car when I was looking round. Were you later than the others?

Great day guys, thanks to everybody involved in organising it and letting us roam about the garages! Was my first BB and hopefully won't be my last either as it was a cracking day, some great cars around the place and it was surprising just how many strangers would talk to each other about the cars/show, brilliant smile

I know lots of people were recording the exit from the show, did anybody manage to grab a clip of the 3 Fiesta ST's leaving? smile

Unbelievable. It is so hard that in a group of so-called enthusiasts, things like this take place. You can bet a pound to a pinch of st that whoever has done this has fully intended to do so before the morning has even begun. So sad.

Regarding the RenaultSport getting keyed - I had my alien green Clio there today, and had a for sale sign on it, and received 27 calls from a blocked number, answered some and missed others

Taking the piss asking stupid questions, will I sell my wiper blades, what size rear discs does it have bla bla. I eventually got fed up and just said they're a sad bunch of boring pricks, for prank calling someone whilst AT A CAR SHOW. They said I shouldn't leave my car unattended after that, fortunately we left shortly after anyway, but who the fk is that sad?!

I'm going to go on a whim here and say that I bet it's the same group of lads. Maybe they don't like rare coloured Renault sports!

Absolutely offside. I'll definitely be thinking twice for next time whether to go.

Also they'd have to be ballsy to do it with loads of people round. Tw@ts

Yeah it was about 15 mins early. I was wondering if it was the warm up ready for the encore at noon, but sadly not
