Most kind guys, great to meet you all too.

Next time I'd like to be more in the pack than leading as you have to keep an eye everywhere and don't get the sound tracks of the cars ahead.

As I mentioned to Al, we've had a great blast all weekend, just got back from N Yorks so there are tons more roads to play on next time.

Just need to see some carefully edited footage from Al's trip in the porker and CSL now :-0 - no numbers mind!

One word to you Z-guys ... RESPECT

That is the fastest run I have been on but the roads were a sheer delight and you (Stu) obviously know them very well.

Martyn - big thanks. That was fun and I'll gladly passenger with you anytime - great car.

Nigel - thanks for showing me what all the fuss is about with the M3 CSL ... it must as close as you can get to a BTCC experience on the road! Tell you what, the video don't arf look good on 32" wide screen with the sound turned up

Stu - seriously, following behind you and watching your car handling like it did, if you do another local dawn run may I be a passenger please?

Good to meet all the rest - bunch of cool guys (and girl). keep in touch.

Cheers Guys

It was nice meeting you for an excellent dawn raid by Stu!

Am glad to see that our driving style, skills and cars managed to throw overboard some of the pre-conceived perceptions that people of of Z3.

A blimmin' good drive and respect to all who turned up! (that includes my better half Sarah) who continues to love the dawn raid concept!

We'll hope to see you again next year on Rutted Toad '05

Chuffin' Nutters we are alright!

Stu -- You wanna get up at SIX O'WHAT in the morning?????? Regardless, it was a great run and I'm glad I went!

Martyn, John, and Al -- Great to meet you folks, and thanks for joining us! While I won't pretend that I could keep up with the yellow blur in front of me, I did my darndest and thank you for the Z accolades in the previous posts.

Bart and Giles -- Fantastic run, eh?

Sarah -- Under different circumstances, Lorraine would have joined us so you wouldn't have to be the token female.......you're quite the sport for riding along!!

Massive understatement

My wife would've been clambering out of the window by the first roundabout!

Al, NP with the next blast. Just need to look in the diaries to sort something out, hopefully when the Griff or 348 are sorted?

Dying to see some pics or if you can e-mail me a video clip that'd be brilliant.

If you want, I can get it posted somewhere I'm sure, unless it's too risky for the BIB to see it without editing???

email me so I have your adress and I will bang 'em across to you to see if you can open them.

They are saved as MOV files. My iMac won't show the picture, but one of the big machines in creative opened it no probs.

I think they are ok to post, might have to cut the bit where the dash can be seen, looks so untidy you see ... but the soundtrack!!!!

Waiting patiently

Anyway, my car's on the cover of Total BMW tomorrow so will have fun reading that. The article is titled "Track Day Hero", imagine that for a Z3
