I have lots of herb tea, not sure if I have Chamomile though. Would Lemon Verbena be okay as a substitute, I bought it from Harvey Nichols today!

Anybody know if dogs are allowed, kept on a lead of course. I'm hoping I can tire out the beast and get an evenings peace and quiet.
