Small unit, garage space for rent: Batley

I've noticed the occasional request on here for these and the one next to me will be coming empty in about a month from now.
It's a single car unit and measures about 5.5m long and 4m wide so you will just about get a car in and be able to open the doors wide.
Very high partially glazed ceiling/roof (old mill building), dry and secure, plug sockets and lights, I believe about £120 pm.

If it's what you're looking for let me know by PM and I'll pass on the landlords number, there is still someone in so I doubt you will be able to view inside very easily atm, but can see outside.

I think it was me who asked in a previous thread, I managed to get a barn share up in Birstall with a few other lads. It's not the warmest place in the world though and its a bit dirty, although it is huge and extremely cheap (£80 PCM) But freezing my arse off and getting absolutely everything filthy is getting old so I may take you up on this in a few weeks..

If you're serious I would act ASAP, units on this site generally don't last a week empty, it's the first one I've had advance notice of recently hence me posting - the last one had people moving in before the others had fully moved out....

What kind of thing are you after and how big?

As I have no garage, or driveway at home, I just need space where I can work on my car, store a project etc. All depends on cost, at the mo, due to being inbetween jobs.

I'm currently looking at a place in Cononley so only about 5-10 mins from Keighley but thats probably a bit big as its more of a unit and is £300 a month
