I can't make it on Sunday. The car is still at the paint sprayers and won't be ready till next Wednesday at the earliest. Apparantly they have had big problems matching Rolex Blue, the info they got from TVR was completely wrong and they had to send the bonnet to the paint manufacturers for a match. The first place I took it to gave up on the paint and asked me to take it somewhere else! Was really looking forward to a drive on Sunday, I might come along and see if I can get a ride, it's not the same as getting the adrenalin going though. Al can you mail me your mobile number in case I can't make it?
Hope Waz goes well.

Oh no, another one bites the dust Sorry to hear.

So now we are
Stu B - Z3s
Rods - 996TT
Al - 348
SteveF - Testarossa
Flash - Cerbera
Stepej - Chimaera

Routes printed out in colour, weather is cloudy but dry, visibility poor.

Looks good then, Sunday drivers won't be bothering us much then.

Anyone need any more info?

The paint job is due to me not knowing the clearance of the front when parking on the 1st day I bought it,
only slight damage but also having all the black bits painted body colour as in later Tamoras.
Yes Rob you've got a deal, will I need spare underpants?

Naah, that's the problem with the 996s, they're so bloody refined you think you doing 90 when you're actually doing 150!

It's when you realise just how quickly the corner's approaching that it gets quite interesting

See you all Sunday

Hiya folks, it is all going pear-shaped. Stu - I have not received any info about the wazz (I think my usual email might be on the fritz) so a plea to anyone who knows what is happening, can you email me please at pwn777@hotmail.com as soon as you can and let me know what we are doing tomorrow. It is my last hope.

Cheers

Thanks to all who attended. Great to meet up and have a bit of dirty fun in the countryside I always say.

I'd have preferred less mist, more light and well, the mud - what can I say.

Tom (son not Tom Tom) had a 'wail' of a time with Al and we got some rather nice video on the return run too.

Unbelievably, got followed by plod into Howden too
