Increase in Car thefts

FYI Guys
in the last 2 weeks, within my office 4 cars have been stolen from Sheffield / Barnsley area
All the same MO, break into the house overnight and take the keys.
Mini / 1 Series / Golf GTE and a Fiat 500x have been taken and not recovered.
Only 1 was seen by ANPR and then disappeared so seems to be organised gang with an enclosed vehicle to load the cars into.
Laptops also seem to have been taken in some cases.
