Like all other petrolheads I live and breathe cars and before I'm 6ft under I want to see as many dream cars as possible I'd also like to do some sort of vlog and start something on YouTube
Now I don't want a drive but I wouldn't mind admiring or having a sit in some nice machinery

From lambos to Ferrari to mclaren Bugatti astons vipers zondas even rare cars like escort cosworths or de tomaso I have a love of everything

So does anyone have anything interesting they wouldn't mind letting me have a look at? Vlog or if the owner dies fancy been nice taking us for a spin,

Everyman frowned upon me when I drove their mp4 12c and took my camera off me and deleted the video because they do their own videos,

In all honesty I just want to see some cars that I will never be able to afford before I die and at least take vids/pics

Bonus points if anyone's buying a car n let's me come collect it with them 👍😊

I'm also in talks with a couple of dealers n hire places but that doesn't get you near rare or older cars

It might help if you posted examples of videos you have done so people can get an idea of the sort of stuff you are wanting to do.

Might be worth approaching owners at meets? The B&Q meet had a decent mix of metal in attendance last month, next one is on Saturday 12th August.

Don't understand this whole vlogging lark myself. Seems to have been a massive increase of them over the years, from Shmee and co to average joes. The amount of "spotters" has also shot up. I remember when I would have a walk around Knightsbridge and the surrounding areas a few years back to see if there was anything decent about. Stopped doing it ever since the gaggle of kids nearly getting run over whilst filming arrived. Only Youtube channel I really watch regularly is Harry's Garage as he seems to have a good amount of knowledge and has a decent mix of cars.

At the moment I haven't done any videos this is mainly me wanting to meet my heroes and making a few videos out of it, and stick them on YouTube not even rly to make money more just to do it!

You see I used to see an F40 every Sunday night fly down the m606 (the guy who owned readmans owned it) when I was 7-8yr old and I was mesmerised and he once let me sit in it but back then there was no way to video it rly! I'm getting older I will never have a chance to be around some of the greats or own any of them (short of winning the lottery) and basically blog it

We all have to start somewhere don't we hence why I've approached a few dealers to kick start me off

It's a shame that the charity supercar event at the Jenny Wren Inn no longer happens. I was lucky enough to get a passenger ride in a F40 there, one hell of a experience! Proper childhood poster car for me.

It seems that the owners of higher end metal tend to stick to groups like SCD and not really bring them to normal meets. Understandable given the value of their cars. That being said, there are owners of some nice metal that post on here so you might get lucky.

Are you planning on dying any time soon? If so my condolences.

But If not.... it's all a bit melodramatic isn't it ? Just turn up to any big car show or stuff like today's Croft Nostalgia meeting or a York Dragway weekend and ask nicely .I might even you give you a ride in an R400.

Check my profile. You can come see that and take as many photos as you want. And as long as you're not really weird I might even take you out in it.

I like how you list Vipers amongst Bugatti's and Zondas smile

Out of the 9 cars you've named, I know 6 are owned by members of Yorkshire Supercars on FB (sorry, no Bugatti,Zonda or De Tomaso) Maybe try contacting the admins. I'm sure you could get an invite to a meet if you say what you are proposing.

Get yourself along to some shows and get to know the club members. We don't bite and love to talk about the cars, Temple Newsome a week on Saturday and the SCITP in September. I wouldn't tell a random person where I live, but there are loads of shows in Leeds. Facebook Events is your friend.

Yes, I'm on the YSC supercars group, looks like Sonicbloo has helped you out on that. Worth setting up an FB account just for the groups and events, some greats posts by members!
