Why such rapid and dramatic changes in car?
Quick answer - I’m an idiot. Long answer - I was racking way too many miles on the leased 4C Spider so moved it on. Got the Zoe as a very cheap winter hack and to see what EV cars were like. Thrill of a V8 lured me back into an ISF but then the desire to get a shed saw me sell it and foolishly get the 530i when I was actually after a 9-3 Aero Wagon.
White Mercedes AMG GTC Roadster at Cooper Bridge this afternoon, the GTR front end looks really good on the Roadster. Speaking of which, the stock at AMT on Kirkstall Rd is very nice to drool over on my daily commute. They had a green AMG GTR up until recently, the Performante hasn’t sold yet surprisingly.

Saw an F40 this morning A64 North of Leeds....
From a similar era: Dark Green E-Reg 911 Turbo behind Brewery Wharf this afternoon, sounded lovely.
There's an F40 owned in north Leeds which I saw a few years back, so might be the same one.

Two lovely silver cars near Malton today - a Lotus Elan and a Ferrari Dino
The Dino was probably from Malton Coachworks. They were close to finishing a full resto on a silver one when I went over to pick up a RR Silver Cloud III which they had just spent a year on a ground up restoration of for my boss.Edited by Escort3500 on Thursday 4th October 21:57
Gratuitous pic of the matching pair:
Sad to say the M3 was taken last night from outside the house in Rawdon. They broke in at about 7pm, smashing the back door and taking the keys. Took them all of 30 seconds from door bang to car driving away.
Just glad wife and kids weren't in the room to be confronted.
Police were great, came right out and sent CSI too.
Think I was followed up from Kirkstall as I left work, as the car is not usually parked outside the house at all for this exact reason.

Really sorry to hear this but as you said it's good that the the wife and kids weren't in the same room! I had someone try and break into my house a few weeks back trying to get my 340i but they only tried the handle and lock luckily! Just glad wife and kids weren't in the room to be confronted.

Let us know if they find it!

Hate reading stuff like this. People work hard and reward themselves with nice stuff only for some lowlife sts to deprive them of it. Fortunately no harm to the things that matter - you and your family - but still a bitter pill to swallow. Just glad wife and kids weren't in the room to be confronted.

Sorry to hear that. When our Golf R was taken the local CSI were very good (will be the same team as I am quite nearby to you), and I am pleased to say that 2 years later they got someone for it and they are prosecuting using the evidence from my case (+ some 200 others to be taken into consideration...)Just glad wife and kids weren't in the room to be confronted.

Not good, I have a YMB M3 as well, a few weeks ago we had two masked men trying to gain entry to the house, the Mrs chased them away though (I know I'm all man!) Just glad wife and kids weren't in the room to be confronted.

It's a bit of a free for all out there at the moment, the police can't cope.
