The sellers have found a vacant property so hopefully it will be a fairly quick process. When youy see a Golf GTI and poverty spec Fiat 500 in the drive feel free to knock on the door for a beer and we can discuss my turbo replacement for your displacement.
Presume you have moved ok now? I drove past the old owners new house yesterday, quite a change...

Lived in York for nearly three years now. We moved to Union Terrace - which the locals seem to think is a bit Wild West - and it's great.

Not that I've done it for a bit but home to Marble Arch clients is 2.5 hours reliably.

Still think it's odd being here though smile

Union Terrace is a great location! Stroll into town, easy access to the ring road, shops close by etc. We've been back in York for nearly a year now (grew up here, moved away at 23 with my wife and came back last year at 40). Even though we'd visited regularly whilst we were living in West Yorkshire to see parents/friends, I'd not quite appreciated how much I'd missed the place. Its brilliant...

York is a brilliant place, I must admit. I can't imagine what lockdown in Bromley would have been like with nowhere to walk other than round the streets. Here, we can walk along the river both ways for miles and see very few people. I musr try it......

Apart from the pub across the road, it's really got everything you need. Handy Co-op, lovely stroll into town, and probably only 25 minutes to the station through the old hospital grounds.
